A police sergeant from the Mutupi myoma police station in Chin State defected with 2 children and the whole family and weapons and ammunition according to the statement by Chinland Defense Force (CDF)-Matupi.
On 30 November, sergeant U Yan Shin Aung defected to the CDF-Matupi along with one G-3 rifle, two magazines and 104 bullets.
The CDF-Muppi awarded MMK-5 million to the family of U Yan Shin Aung who defected with weapons and ammunition.
The CDF Mutupi issued the last statement on 1 December, calling on soldiers and policemen under the military council in Mutupi Township to join the revolutionary forces as soon as possible.
On 26 November, police private Moe Kant from the Mutupi Myoma police station defected, with his four-month-old baby and weapons and ammunition.
