Nationwide Operation and Signs Of Declining Military Junta. – Issue 130
Since Operation 1027, the resistance forces of the Spring Revolution have organized themselves by region across Myanmar and are carrying out coordinated attacks on the military junta with increasing momentum. As part of the military operations, battalions of the People’s Defense Forces (PDFs) under the Ministry of Defense (MOD) of the National Unity Government (NUG) and PDFs operating in their respective townships under the guidance of the K3C composed of four Ethnic Revolutionary Organizations (EROs) and the Central Command and Coordination Committee (C3C), have also seized towns and outpost/bases in a coordinated manner. The resistance forces in Karenni (Kayah) State have also carried out coordinated military offensives such as Operation 1107 and Operation 1111.
From 27 October to 16 November 2023, the intensity of the military confrontations faced by the military junta expanded into the entire Arakan State. During this time, some of the junta battalions surrendered or abandoned their outposts. Resistance forces have seized dozens of outposts and police stations under control of the military. The military council has suffered significant territorial losses due to the conquest of towns and villages by the resistance forces.

နေးရှင်းဝှိုက်အော်ပရေးရှင်းနှင့် ပျက်ယွင်းလာသော စစ်အုပ်စု၏ လက္ခဏာများ
၁၀၂၇ စစ်ဆင်ရေးမှသည် နိုင်ငံတဝှမ်း ဟန်ချက်ညီစစ်ဆင်ရေးကို နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေး၏ ခုခံတော်လှန်ရေးအင်အားစုများက မိမိလှုပ်ရှားရာဒေသအလိုက် စုဖွဲ့ပြင်ကာ အာဏာသိမ်းစစ်အုပ်စုကို အရှိန်အဟုန်ပြင်းပြင်းဖြင့် ထိုးစစ်ဆင်လျက်ရှိပါသည်။ အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရ (NUG) လက်အောက် ကာကွယ်ရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန (MOD) ၏ ပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ်ရေးတပ်မတော် (PDF) တပ်ရင်းများ၊ မြို့နယ်အလိုက် ပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ်ရေးဖွဲ့ (ပကဖ) များနှင့် တိုင်းရင်းသားလက်နက်ကိုင်တော်လှန်ရေးအဖွဲ့ (၄) ဖွဲ့ (K3C) တို့ စုဖွဲ့ထားသည့် ဗဟိုကွပ်ကဲရေးနှင့် ပေါင်းစပ်ညှိနှိုင်းရေးကော်မတီ – C3C အစီအစဉ်ဖြင့်လည်း မြို့သိမ်း၊ စခန်းသိမ်း တိုက်ပွဲများကို အချိန်အခါကိုက် ဖော်ဆောင်လျက်ရှိသည်။ ကရင်နီ (ကယား) ဒေသတွင်း ခုခံတော်လှန်ရေးအင်အားစုများကလည်း ၁၁၀၇ စစ်ဆင်ရေး၊ ၁၁၁၁ စစ်ဆင်ရေးတို့ကို ဟန်ချက်ညီ ဖော်ဆောင်လာခဲ့ပြီဖြစ်သည်။
၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ် အောက်တိုဘာ ၂၇ ရက်မှ နိုဝင်ဘာ ၁၆ ရက်အထိ အာဏာသိမ်းစစ်အုပ်စု ရင်ဆိုင်ကြုံတွေ့နေရသည့် စစ်ရေးအပြန့်အဟုန်သည် ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်တဝှမ်းလုံးသို့ပါ ကျယ်ပြန့်ပြင်းထန်လာခဲ့ပြီဟု ဆိုရပါမည်။ ထိုအတွင်း စစ်ကောင်စီတပ်သားများ၏ တပ်ရင်းအလိုက် လက်နက်ချအညံ့ခံမှုများ၊ စခန်းစွန့်ခွာထွက်ပြေးမှုများကို တွေ့ရှိလာရသည်။ ရာနှင့်ချီသော စစ်ကောင်စီလက်အောက်ခံ တပ်စခန်း၊ ရဲစခန်းများကို ခုခံတော်လှန်ရေး အင်အားစုများက သိမ်းပိုက်နိုင်ခဲ့သည်။ ခုခံတော်လှန်ရေးအင်အားစုများ၏ မြို့သိမ်းရွာသိမ်းတိုက်ပွဲများကြောင့် အာဏာသိမ်းစစ်အုပ်စုအတွက် နယ်မြေလက်လွတ်ဆုံးရှုံးရမှုများကို အထင်အရှား တွေ့မြင့်လာရပြီဖြစ်သည်။
ယခုတစ်ပတ် BNI-Myanmar Peace Monitor ၏ အပတ်စဉ်သတင်းသုံးသပ်ချက်တွင် “တစ်နိုင်ငံလုံးမှ ပြည်သူလူထုတရပ်လုံးပါဝင်သော စစ်ဆင်ရေး – Nationwide Operation” နှင့် အာဏာသိမ်းစစ်အုပ်စု၏ ပျက်ယွင်းလာသော လက္ခဏာများကို လေ့လာတင်ပြထားပါသည်။
