Myanmar’s military council, which has publicly stated that it will use nuclear energy peacefully, has also revealed the path of diplomatic relations with North Korea, which frequently test-fires nuclear weapons. Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, who met with Russian President Vladimir Putin on nuclear energy, said that he is working to acquire nuclear energy in the near future.
