The Women’s League of Burma (WLB) analyzed the major goals of the Myanmar Spring Revolution, at the three-day first People’s Congress organized by the National Unity Consultative Council (NUCC). These two points are: “To root out all kinds of the dictatorship and to build up a federal democratic union.”
Following the People’s Congress held from January 27th to 29th in 2022, the Part-2 of the Federal Democratic Charter was ratified. The people criticized that the Part-2 which was released in March, 2021 was not complete. The ratification of the Part-2 came following a review for nearly 10 months from May, 2021 to January, 2022.

အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေး အတိုင်ပင်ခံကောင်စီ (NUCC) မှ ဦးဆောင်ပြုလုပ်သော သုံးရက်ကြာ ပထမအကြိမ် ပြည်သူ့ညီလာခံတွင် မြန်မာ့နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေး၏ အဓိက ရည်မှန်းချက်ပန်းတိုင်များကို အမျိုးသမီးများအဖွဲ့ချုပ် (မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ) က အချက်နှစ်ချက်ဖြင့် သရုပ်ခွဲပြသည်။ “အာဏာရှင်စနစ်ပေါင်းစုံကို အမြစ်ဖြုတ်တော်လှန်ရေးနှင့် စစ်မှန်သည့် ဖက်ဒရယ်ဒီမိုကရေစီပြည်ထောင်စု တည်ဆောက်ရေး” ဟူ၏။
၂၀၂၂ ခုနှစ် ဇန်နဝါရီ ၂၇ ရက်မှ ၂၉ ရက်အထိ ကျင်းပခဲ့သည့် ပြည်သူ့ညီလာခံ ပြီးဆုံးချိန်တွင်တော့ ဖက်ဒရယ်ဒီမိုကရေစီပဋိဉာဉ် အစိတ်အပိုင်း (၂) ကို အတည်ပြုခဲ့ပါသည်။ ၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ် မတ်လထဲတွင် ကြေညာခဲ့ပြီး ပြည့်စုံမှုမရှိသဖြင့် ဝေဖန်ခံခဲ့ရသည့် ဆိုခဲ့ပါပဋိဉာဉ်ကို ၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ် မေလမှ ၂၀၂၂ ခုနှစ် ဇန်နဝါရီလထဲအထိ ကိုးလကျော် ဆယ်လနီးပါး ပြန်လည်ဆွေးနွေး အတည်ပြုနိုင်ခဲ့ခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
