Among many strategies which can drive a wedge between the forces and groups involved in the Spring Revolution, the military group’s old tactic named “extending an olive branch”, came to an end on May 9th. There were some Ethnic Armed Organizations (EAOs) which couldn't decide whether they would attend the peace talk with the coup leader until the night of May 9th.
