“We are longer obliged to abide by the NCA.”
The General Secretary of the Karen National Union (KNU) stated that the heart of the Nationwide Ceasefire Agreement (NCA) in its entirety is the basic principles contained in Chapter 1, and that the military has torn up these basic principles through the coup d’état. Using the NCA to mislead the international community and the people is therefore no longer concerns the KNU, P’doh Saw Tah Doh Moo noted at the press conference “First 100 Days: KNU in New Era” on 10 August

“NCA နဲ့ ပတ်သက်လို့ ကျနော်တို့ လိုက်နာစရာအကြောင်း မရှိတော့ပါဘူး”။
တစ်နိုင်ငံလုံးပစ်ခတ်တိုက်ခိုက်မှုရပ်စဲရေးသဘောတူစာချုပ် (NCA) တစုံလုံး၏နှလုံးသားသည် အခန်း(၁)ပါ အခြေခံမူများဖြစ်ပြီး အဆိုပါအခြေခံမူကို စစ်တပ်က စစ်အာဏာသိမ်းခြင်းဖြင့် နင်းချေဖျက်ဆီးလိုက်ခြင်း ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ကရင်အမျိုးသားအစည်းအရုံး (KNU) အထွေထွေအတွင်းရေးမှူးက မြင်သာအောင် ရှင်းပြသည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် NCA ကို အသုံးပြုပြီး နိုင်ငံတကာသို့ လှည့်စားနေခြင်းနှင့် ပြည်သူလူထုကို လှည့်စားခြင်းတို့သည် KNU နှင့် မသက်ဆိုင်ကြောင်း ပဒိုစောတာဒိုမူးက သြဂုတ်လ ၁၀၊ “First 100 Days: KNU in New Era” သတင်းစာရှင်းလင်းပွဲတွင် ကြေညာခဲ့ပါသည်။
ယခုတပတ် BNI-Myanmar Peace Monitor ၏ အပတ်စဉ်သတင်းသုံးသပ်ချက်တွင် စစ်အာဏာသိမ်းမှုကြောင့် NCA ပျက်၊ မပျက် ဆိုသည်ကို အကြောင်းအချက်များအပေါ် အခြေပြုကာ လေ့လာတင်ပြထားပါသည်။
