An art performance to mourn the heroes killed during the Spring Revolution including those who get death sentence, was held at Thapae Gate in Chiang Mai of Thailand from 12 to 1 pm on July 26th
Myanmar youths from Chiang Mai enjoyed the art performance organized with the motto “Stars are falling from the sky. The sky is dark. However, the darkness will be predominant with our blood. Down with the cheaters.”

A youth who leads the Art Performance said: “Yesterday, two prominent political leaders were executed. We don’t know exactly on which day they are executed. As far as we know, four activists were executed. We don’t know how many people were killed. We don’t know how many people have been killed, how many people are fleeing, who will be killed and who will continue to feel afraid. We carry out the art performance here to show that we are synonymous with our brothers and families although we are living in Chiang Mai.”

On July 26th, Myanmar expats in Thailand held a protest march in front of Myanmar embassy in Bangkok, to show an opposition to the death sentence handed down to U Kyaw Min Yu (aka) Ko Jimmy, U Phyo Zeyar Thaw, U Hla Myo Aung and U Aung Thura Zaw.
